Fatea Showcase Sessions are exclusively available for a three month period after which they will never be available again. The Fatea Showcase Sessions are zip files containing high quality, 256kbs, drm free, mp3s.

Laura Smyth & Ted Kemp take a no-nonsense approach to traditional English folk song, taking their cues from revival singers such as Frankie Armstrong, Peter Bellamy and the Watersons and placing an emphasis on strong vocals, tight harmonies and unfussy arrangements.

James edwyn and the borrowed band are a 6 piece alt country folk rock Americana band based in Glasgow formed in 2013, we have released 2 albums on our label dead records collective, the latest High fences released December 2017

Fran Wyburns music is characterized by rich harmonies and subtle instrumentation that provide a dreamy backdrop to her poetic lyrics and quirky story telling tales. Inspired by the 1960's folk revival, her style is current, original and spirited.

Velvet & Stone's brand of indie-folk combines haunting soundscapes with catchy pop hooks, giving an original and beautiful take on a traditional genre. Their music has gained plaudits from across the music press, airtime on BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio Scotland amongst others.

Greg Hancock returned to the UK in 2012 after many years overseas. His songs deal with a wide range of topics – from love-gone-wrong and personal emotions to current affairs but all share an unusual, slightly skewed view of the world and everything in it.

Dan Sumner fuses his folk roots with blues and rock. His songs are firmly rooted in the folk tradition of storytelling and protest song. They tackle issues such as rising inequality and the current refugee crises. Dan released a number of eps.

Drawing comparisons to early Dylan and Cohen, Daniel Gadd's debut album 'As If in a Dream I Drifted at Sea' brings to mind a songwriter isolated among the elements with his memories who emerges with a mesmerising collection of songs.

Darren Eedens is a full time banjo/ guitar picker in the bluegrass folk, roots, rockabilly styles both on the road and in the studio. A Canadian musician of some note, Eedens now calls Cardiff, Wales home as he tours Europe more and more.

Fish Out Of Water are a young, electric folk band from the South Coast of England. With a wide range of influences, Fish Out Of Water present an energetic reimagining of traditional material along-side self-penned numbers.
