The Fatea Showcase Sessions are designed to provide greater exposure to artists that have impressed the Fatea team. Some are already signed, others are carving a solo trail, releasing songs on their own labels, all are dedicated to their music
The Spring 2015 Session, Tides is dedicated to the memory of Steve Roberts one of the Fatea team, back in our paper magazine days and a lover of fine music.
Fatea Showcase Sessions are exclusively available for a three month period after which they will never be available again. The Fatea Showcase Sessions are zip files containing high quality, 256kbs, drm free, mp3s.

Biography:Oka Vanga are a world spanning guitar duo whose music encompasses the full spectrum of these influences to create beautiful, melodic music. Wild Flower is taken from their award winning album, "Pilgrim"
Will Robert

Biography:Will Robert released his first full length studio album, "Transitions" in October 14. The opening track from the album, "City Lights" was selected by BBC' Radio 1's music team to be added to the station's playlist in January as a featured introducing artist.
Tracey Browne & Raevennan Husbandes

Biography:Singer-songwriters, Tracey Browne and Raevennan Husbandes met on a week-long musical residency at Manchester's Band on the Wall in February 2012. They began co-writing in August 2013, and have just released their debut album as a duo, 'East By North West'.
John Ainsworth

Biography:John Ainsworth is a singer/songwriter from Manchester UK with a unique style ranging from heavy acoustic 12 string blues guitar with powerful rock like vocals to soft folky classical guitar playing with expressive dynamic vocal melodies.
Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion

Biography:"Angel Of Mercy" is the title track of album number 3, "Exposed" from Zoe Schwarz Blue Commotion, who include Rob Koral, Pete Whittaker and Paul Robinson amongst their number and seen them pick up many accolades for the work, both recorded and live.

Biography:Pete Guy is the newest recruit to the Folkstock fold. This optimistic track is a taster of his forthcoming EP. Pete offers a lifetime of lyrics full to the brim with redemption, ably showcasing his beguiling voice and raw sincerity.
Katherine Parsons

Biography:Singer-songwriter, Katherine Parsons has recently finished a recording session and looks set to break out of her native Dorset during 2015 and move onto a more national stage with new releases and hopefully a few festival performances. You heard her here first!
