"Elegy" is dedicated to all acts from solo artists, through duos to bands. Each act has their own style and we hope you'll appreciate each of their efforts. The Fatea Showcase Sessions are designed so not all of the acts come from the same genre. "Elegy" is available from May 1st to July 31st.

Lady Nade started writing poems and songs as a form of healing from grief, performing in venues across her native city of Bristol, her work developed into a calling to connect with her fans on a deeper level and help lead them through life's complicated tapestry with the healing power of music. She pours creativity into every song, often lavishing them with a recipe to match.
Carys - Wolf Song (Radio Edit)
Autistic Suffolk singer-songwriter Carys released her second album "WolfSong" during the first lockdown and hopes to be able to perform it to a real audience one day! This version is an edited remaster of the 7½ minute title track.
Greg Hancock - Changing
Wilde Roses are singers and multi-instrumentalists Anna Tam, Emily Baines and Arngeir Hauksson exploring historical British folk songs. Passionately researching the threads of handed down songs as far back as the medieval period. Our new album 'Woven' released in 2020.
Mari Joyce - Home
Mari Joyce is a Norwich based songwriter, creating meditative and heartfelt songs with a grounded earthy presence. Sometimes playing solo, sometimes accompanied by vocalist Joahanna Herron, cellist Alex Hobbs, violinist Alex Patterson, and percussionist Iestyn Griffith.
Erin Brown & Barry Watson - Hopping Down In Kent
Erin Brown & Barry Watson offer lively renditions of traditional folk music featuring vocals, fiddle, stomp box and accordion (plus occasional appearances from whistles and bouzouki). Songs and tunes are taken from England, Ireland, Scotland and further afield.

We are a duo, based in Devon, using accordion and voice to explore the world of song. We perform our own original songs. We describe ourselves as an alternative 'indie' folk duo. Although the combination of voice and accordion suggests traditional folk music, we take our influences from our individual musical tastes.

David Marquiss is a Bristol-based fingerstyle guitarist and singer. He is inspired by early blues, 1960s folk guitarists and all sorts of things besides and has just released his self-titled debut album which lead to him being described as 'a very expressive player'.

Jon Wilks, former journalist, current aoustic guitarist, folk strummer and singer-songwriter, based near Winchester but singing wherever you'll have me. His live shows are an amusing mix of folk song performance and conversation.
